Employer or Employee Pay Monthly

Employers can pay nothing at all or as much as they would like. Monthly premium comes out of employee’s paycheck pre-taxed all we must do is prove you own a small business and that the employee is on the payroll.

Dental Insurance is usually not cost affective but we have found Voluntary and Employer Paid plans that are amazing!

All plans are similar yet slightly different, but generally Preventive services at 100%, Fillings at 80% and Major services at 50%. An individual can be provided Dental coverage from $22-$30 a month and a family from $70-$90 a month.
